please can you help me i am wondering if you will help me about upgrading my old pc

Uh, a little more info is needed like how much you want to spend and how what you're going to be wanting to do with the computer.

i am willing to spend £125 that is roughly $214.66 and i want to upgrade the ram and the motherboard and put in a pentium 3 i also want to put a window in my case

Post your Pc's specs so we know what you have. I really doubt its possible to UPGRADE with 215$, you should save up to about 400$ for real PC components.

You can upgrade your machine for $200, just depends on what you want to update...

you will have to expand and explain what you have now and what you want you want to use your machine for in the future

...I think you'd be better off using that money to buy some books on verbal and written communication however...that is, as long as you are able to read properly

Well kid, we can't really help you. Get 1000$ and buy a cheap gaming rig ,from www.newegg.com . I'm sure whatever you have it could play runescape at 10 Frames Per Second with a 200$ upgrade from a P3, if thats any consolation.
