Help!!!

hey i need someones help!!! my computer will not turn on and i keep trying but it is plugged in i came home from school and it wont come on.. what do i do??? im using a differant computer right now!! HELP PLEASE
 
Does it not do anything, or do the hard drive and fans turn on but nothing displays on the monitor? Any beeps? Oh and what are the specs?
