Help!!!!!

My drivers and everything have been installed fine. And show up fine. But for some reason I cannot run anything that requires them. I get this error when trying to run 3Dsmax. And any game I try to run just closes on startup. I tried reinstalling directX9 but no luck.

ATI Offboard Hightech Excalibur Radeon 9550SE Series 256mb.

have you tried different graphics card drivers?

The same drivers worked fine than they had just stopped working . I Reformatted. It might have had something to do with Windows Blindes..I hope.
