I just put a new mobo, processer into a computer, mobo is a mach speed PT88bsspro EC, cpu is a celeron 355 3.33ghz 533fsb socket 775, it was upgarded from a celeron 2.4, and it actually runs slower now, and cpu usage is usually at 100% anyone have any idea what can cause this?
 
Are you using the same installation of windows? its generally considered best to format your system and reinstall windows when you've made any major upgarde.
