My firend has a crummy dell with 256mb ram. His computer was full of viruses and every type of hostile pest known to man.
After running everything from Norton, AVG, PC Bug Doctor, Registry mechanic, Ad-aware, zi-pestpatrol, ect. AND turn off all unknown and usless services and start ups from msconfig AND turn off the hardware accelerator with setting my computer to optimal performance options, it still doesnt have enough powa to install a program like Microsoft Suite. I understand that its a 500 mb Suite and that requires ALOT of computer juice, but cmon, seriously lol..

Without adding another chip, is there any other options i can set to lower the computers memory usage? I need to put it in like a hibernation state.
Ohhh, safe mode doesnt work either..​

Possibly you could try a program like RamBooster 2.0..
 
Without using any optimizers like ram booster and pc booster. I have already used a small program that free's up my ram.
