My internal CD drive burned out in my laptop. After this guy worked on my computer for a virus problem, the CD drive doesn't show up in "My Computer". It just shows the "a floppy" drive and the "c" drive. I purchased an external DVD burner to run off the USB port, but my computer can't see the new drive.
Maybe that guy took out my CD drivers too... I don't know. Anybody have an idea as to what to do to get this external DVD burner running?
