Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is going to make me sound really stupid but I delete my account (the administrator account). This happened when i was toying around in command promp with NET USER. Exactly what I typed was "net user Owner /delete", and for some reason I thought this would delete my password but instead it deleted my account (I was in administrator off safe mode when I did this). So my account got deleted and ofcourse my documents and files lost access but I gave the access to my Administrator account and another Owner account I created with hopes that it would restore the old one (it didn't). But for some reason none of the files can be found when I try opening them. I need help pleaseeeee. If it's possible to restore the deleted accound that would be great. If not then just how to get my files working.
 
system restore only reverse installed applications and drivers while leaving documents and files alone so i wouldn't bet on that one to work :)

so whats so hard about going into user accounts and doing it that way?
 
And, I don't know how to do it in user accounts, recover a deleted account, so if I can do it from user accounts, please instruct me on how.
