When i try to play caesar 4 the screen goes white but i do have a cusor and sound...

it says i need a "64 MB video card (with Hardware T&L including Pixel Shader 1.1 or higher support)"

i have no idea what that means, so if somone could point me in the right direction i'd be very thankful

i dont know very much about working on computers so bare with me please lol
 
You're video card probably isn't supported by the game.. Go to run through the start menu and run dxdiag. go to the display tab and tell us what's under device.

lol.. $200 is more than enough.. too much for what your going to be using it for. :) Do you happen to know if you have an AGP slot in your computer? if you don't know open up your computer and check if there's a brown slot on the motherboard. It will be located beneath the processor.
 
Yeah, It's an intergrated chip.

Take a look inside your PC and see if you can get a picture and we can then tell you what slot you have and recomend a card :)
 
ok we know you have a Agp port now.. What type of games are you planning to run on this card? If you're willing to spend the $200 you can get an allright card capable of playing most of the games out now(if the rest of your system complies.). If you don't want to play any newer games or don't want to spend that much money we can still hook you up with a good card.

oh and please give us your full system specs.. cpu, ram, etc

thats pretty good but defidently clean out your computer theres like so much dust in there your video card may fri up lol get a 7600gt for your agp
