icant even enter bios or safe mod with it..cant see anything..right now im back to the 5200fx..please help! what to do! i dont have an onboard graphic thingy..dont think so..no other slot to put my screen..! help ty.

You are already running a agp card so i don't think you need to disable the onboard video. I heard that the GDDR3 cards are supposed to require less power although i am not sure if your psu is not able to produce enough power for the card to post. If you reinstalled the old card and the computer boots up with no problems, then it might be a bad video card. Maybe you gave it a little charge and don't know it.

it could be that the graphics card is not connected in all the way you may hear a beaping sound or it may not be compatible with the motherboard. Hopefully it is not DOA

I already replied to this post once......are you going to post your systems specs like I asked you too?

In order for the proper AGP port driver to load, the chipset must be recognized by the operating system. Some systems require the Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility(if you have an Intel chipset...which I assume you do) in order for the operating system to fully recognize the graphics card chipset.

Also check the MSI forum and see if other people have had this problem. Post your full specs (motherboard model, motherboard chipset, graphics card model, operating system, BIOS version) With this info we can see if your operating system will recognize the graphics card chipset. It is common that the operating system will not recognize the AGP card.

Without all this info nobody can do any research and help you.
