I am going to be building a PC, piece by piece. This is what I am currently looking at putting together. I would like feedback as far as compatibility, set up, cases, missing units, etc etc.

Aside from some CD/DvD drives, am I missing anything? Does something there not work with something else? The only absolute piece is the processor, the rest can be changed around. If you think a single item could be replaced at a similar (or <200$) price range with more efficiency, I'm all ears.
Could it be suggested that I run 2 video cards? I've never considered this before and have no clue how it might work. Is it only suggested if I am running 2 monitors? Does it split a single load between them?
Same goes for hard drive. I am a software hoarder, I could certainly use the space after some time. Would it be better to stick with one internal and anything else external, or would 2 internal be ideal?
Thank you for your time.
