ive been looking for my personalize in my right click and i cant find it i tried to look in the control panel but it cant be find anywhere by the way im using win 7

Can you take a screenshot of what you see when you right click on the desktop and post it here? Also try just typing in personalize into the search bar of the start menu. It should come up as one of the results as "personalize your computer".

You can go to: http://imageshack.us/ then click "browse", select the picture you want to upload and click "upload" when it's done, copy the "direct link" under the picture. Then come back to the website and click on "post reply" on your thread and select the "Insert link" on the menu above where you type your reply and then paste the image there and click "ok". Then post your reply it should work easily. Post again if you have any troubles.

The resolution is 1600x900, no way that's Win7 Starter. Unless its a low-power desktop with a nice VDU? Unusual.
