So i've decided that I need a new CPU!

I've realised that it doesnt really matter what "bit" it is YET, but I do need a new one.

So, any suggestions? My budget is £120. Sorry for the low budget but that 6800 Ultra did cost £400!

Thanks in advance.

Your in UK yes?
If so you could get a AMD Athlon 64Bit 3200+ (754 PIN) for £139.99 if you could spare an extra £20

Or for £109.99 you could buy a AMD Athlon 64BIT 3000+ (754 PIN)
Both are from www.palicomp.co.uk

Strange that they only do Athlon

Im in the UK, and if i was you i would have got a 6600gt (much better value than the 6880) but anyways i think you should go for the AMD Athlon 64 3000+ its great value for money (£100) and will overclock up to a 3500+, you could possibly spend the extra £20 on a good heatsink (arctic cooling are good) to keep the chip stable whilst overclocked.
