Heh, well, it is getting hotter. A heat sink wont keep it at a certain degree, it just helps disperse heat. When you OC your CPU it is running it at a higher clock speed creating more heat.

I Trust Him Because He Has An A+ SertiFication. And I Thing Sumthang Like M C S E?
 
LOL, well your teacher is dumb. The reason it gets hotter is because you overclocked. Did you raise the VCore at all?
 
Haha, no its not. Yes a power supply gives power to your CPU and other things, but if you OC your processor it doesnt get hotter because of the POWER SUPPLY.
