Two questions you need to answer before you can build:

1. What do you want the new build to do, i.e. gaming, school work, video editing, etc.?

2. What is your budget?

I want this computer for photo editing, gaming and surf the web, my budget is $1100. I want to include the OS Windows 7 64BIT. Any suggestions are welcome.

Hi

That's right I want this computer for some editing photo, some gaming, school work, etc My budget right now is $1,100

Board and OS Combo saves $25:

750 PSU is overkill if you're not going multi-GPU's, and this case gets more 'love'. Case and PSU Combo: $120

F3 HDD's are very popular, and $5 less than what you listed (another $15 get's double the capacity, actually found 1TB at $55 last week):

Just some quick thoughts.
