it will depend on what language u wanna learn FIRST, then u look for tutorials for that.. if u dont even know.. then we dont know.. and..

if you dont want to buy, dont want to build, and dont want to try.

Why don't you start with Turbo Pascal 7.0. Easy enough. You can also download the program for free of a site. I would however recommend Visual Basic.

Visual Basic is easy. I'm by no means a programmer and I made this simple little program in VB:
