hi-speed usb 2.0

ok guys when i connect my mp3 player so i can put some songs in it on my start menu pops up a message that says i can use hi-speed usb 2.0 for faster tranfer and gives me options to choose from ...can anybody explain to me what is hi-speed usb 2.0 and how can i make it work?

Uhh it's not as though I have this problem, but if you ever have a problem and solve it on your own, you should post the fix.

And it's quite obvious you just weren't using a USB 2.0 port, or you didn't have the correct drivers installed, am rite?

Yes, sorry for that you are right i shoulda posted how to do it....so basiclly i didnt have it installed so i got my windows cd that comes with my computer and went to Properties on my computer then on hardware then device manager and went to USB controller and saw it there that it wanst installed so i installed it and it works pretty good
