Hello everyone, just joined,and already need your help if pos.
I had a problem with my pc some kind of virus one of them horses that stopped me loging on to the internet, so i reinstalled windows xp which has obviously sorted it out and is fine apart from my mouse. When i am scrolling down the page it does not just move as it did before but seems to refresh the page at the same time as moving also the bar at the side when i click on it moves slowly rather than smoothly, i know it sounds silly but can anyone help?

What graphics card do you have? Or what computer if its factory built?

download the driver and then setup it

Right click on "My Computer" and click properties. Then click the "Hardware" tab and click the "Device Manager" button. It should list what graphics card you have under "Display Adapters."

hi again graphics card is s3 pro savage ddr (micro corp). its got a yellow circle with ! in it and so has multimedia-audio controller.

as i said above it's a driver issue
if they provided a CD with your computer which has a driver in it try using it
if not just search for the driver on the internet
usually on their site

hi again shadyi,sorted sound problem,but one last prob when i insert a dvd in the drive it says you have no device to run it, whereas it played before.
