Hibernation?

im extremely new to vista
and i am wondering why i cannot hibernate
i have Vista Ultimate 64Bit SP1
and there is no option for hibernating my desktop
ive done a search, and all i can find is sleep mode.
Help?

Make sure install all driver especially chipset driver..

i have checked device manager and i have a unknown device "ISSCBTA"
no clue what it is, i googled it and it was related to bluetooth USB dongles???
my motherboard dosnt have bluetooth and i have installed all drivers

If you download this auto fix from microsoft it will enable hibernation for you. I try it and it work.

yeah my motherboard has hybrid sleep
using windows xp professional
i used to be able to turn the computer off after the hibernation was complete
with hybrid sleep i obviously cant
