high speedfan readings

i downloaded speed fan and it comes up with temp 1 and temp 2, temp 1 i believe is my hdd and temp 2 i believe to be my cpu. temp 1 is in normal good readings staying in 15-25c, but temp 2 stays a little high ranging from 53-69c. could someone please help me find a way to lower the temperature, this is while the system is idol or im just running my browser. to keep it cooled right now i have the side panel off and i have a LARGE fan blowing into the case, the fan case is approx two feet wide and three feet long.

HD temp. is real good, and the CPU seems ok. maybe a little high.

where is your CPU fan?

anything i could do without buying anything, i plan on getting a new comp in a bout 2 months

if this was my computer, i'd have about 3 fans pointed at the CPU. if you have extra CP)U fans laying around, 4-pin power connecters, do that.
