High Temperatures... Help?

Hi Everybody

I just bought a new computer, some weeks ago. It's been driving without any problems so far, and still is. But, then I checked my GPU (Graphics Processor Unit) temperature. It was way off scale. 65 degrees Celcius in idle condition, and 90 degrees in full load. I noticed the 90 degrees, when I was playing Black and White 2.
I must admit, I don't know if these temperatures are high, compared to the power of my Graphics Card. My system is a AMD Athlon 64 3500+ and a Leadtek Geforce 7800GTX. I don't know anything about the temperatures on these cards, but I think it sounds high.
Please help me. Are those too high, or is it just me?

1. What driver revision are you using?
2. 90C, while on the hot side, isnt excessivly hot ... have a llook to see if the HSF is properly attatched :)

Hi

I don't know what you mean by driver revision??
But my driver is the Nvidia Geforce Driver 78.01.

And, it calms me down that you say the temperature isn't that bad. And, I've also noticed that it's actually 80 degrees instead of 90 in full load. I think it was the overclocking I made yesterday, which made it unstable. Though I'm also running it overclocked right now. Seems to make no difference to the temperatures whether I'm running 430/1200 or 450/1250 =D
