If you mean capacity...Kingston and Sony both make models that are 1TB in size.
May be other vendors that offer similar or even higher capacity but I'm not sure!

Laquer Head - Do you by any chance have a link to those 1TB thumbdrives? I checked both Sony and Kingston websites, the largest I saw on the Sony site was 32G and largest on the Kingston site was 256G.
The Kingston 256G is the largest I'm aware of. The price has come down a bit since I first read of it, it was almost $1000 but it can be had here: Apex Trading Company for only $390.
