Hijack This Log. Help?

I did an Ad-Aware scan on my sisters user account on the family pc (Vista), and it found 2 adware objects, one called trafficninja. Here's a log of HijackThis. Any help in detecting and possibly removing any problems would be very helpful, and appreciated. Thanks.

Do you have any parental controls on your pc? If not then I might see something in your log that is suspicous. It is the following but, do NOT fix them until someone confirms.

Also, adaware is not really something to stress about. Adaware is just software that basically has an ad of some sort embedded into it. Adaware is in literally everything.

^^ Yes that Is what I pointed out but, I would like a mod or someone confirm that these are bad before he fixes them. I did some research earlier and some people said it was part of a Parental control.

Thanks for the replies. I did have Parental Controls enforced on one standard user account at one point, and i disabled it about two or three weeks ago, but not on the one I did the Hijack log on. (two standard users and one admin). Does Hijack do a log of the entire system or just the user its on?

It does a log of the user you are logged on to.

If you disabled the parental controls then im fairly sure that you can fix those entries then. What parental controls did you use? Just vista?

No, it's been running stable, as always. I haven't had any system crashes as of yet, thankfully. So is it safe to delete the two adware objects I have quarantined in Ad-Aware? I'm not sure if it was necessary to quarantine them, but I thought it was a good idea, just to stay on the safe side of things.
