Can you tell me what specifics problems you are having???

Download and Run ComboFix
If you already have Combofix, please delete this copy and download it again as it's being updated regularly.
Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

Combofix should never take more that 20 minutes including the reboot if malware is detected.
If it does, open Task Manager then Processes tab (press ctrl, alt and del at the same time) and end any processes of findstr, find, sed or swreg, then combofix should continue.
If that happened we want to know, and also what process you had to end.

I never have a problem with programs not responding till recently. In addition it has been pretty damn slow. Which it shouldn't be for what it's packing. Don't ask I have no idea. lol My dad built it for me.

Please do a scan with Kaspersky Online Scanner

Click on the Accept button and install any components it needs.
  • The program will install and then begin downloading the latest definition files.
  • After the files have been downloaded on the left side of the page in the Scan section select My Computer.
  • This will start the program and scan your system.
  • The scan will take a while, so be patient and let it run.
  • Once the scan is complete, click on View scan report
  • Now, click on the Save Report as button.
  • In the drop down box labeled Files of type change the type to Text file.
  • Save the file to your desktop.
  • Copy and paste that information in your next post.
 
Thanks. One question though. When I ran the combo fix my computer's time switched to the 24 hr (military time) I tried date and time settings but no luck.

You should be able to double-click on the time and change it, Combo fix is suppose to change the time, and it changes it to 24 hour time.

You can't change the Military time from there. You should be done with it now and
uninstalling ComboFix should fix the time issue. Let me know if it doesn't.
  • Click START then RUN
  • Now type Combofix /u in the runbox
  • Make sure there's a space between Combofix and /u
  • Then hit Enter.

  • The above procedure will:
  • Delete the following:
  • ComboFix and its associated files and folders.
  • Reset the clock settings.
  • Hide file extensions, if required.
  • Hide System/Hidden files, if required.
  • Set a new, clean Restore Point.

I'm not "highly" trained so i can't tell a lot of things, but wait for one of the higher guys, like gamemaster, punk or ceewi1 to come along, and they will confirm and fix things that need to done.
 
You shouldn't have users run ComboFix if you aren't prepared to deal with the problems that sometimes come with running it.
