Hijack this log (virus/spyware mess)

Ok. I'm not sure what I have on my system but I know it isn't good. When I search for anything and click on a result I'm getting redirected to other websites (oxfam etc).

I can't do a virus scan with AVG, I just get an error window after a few seconds. When I tried to run Ad-aware my PC just did a restart.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've run Malware bytes as suggested and removed all that it found. Things are a bit better now but I still have a problems as below.

1. I'm getting a Spybot window on startup. See attached .jpg. I have to click deny 3 times to get it off.

I notice that you have Spybot's TeaTimer running. While this is normally a wonderful tool to protect against hijackers, it can also interfere with HijackThis fixes. So please disable TeaTimer by doing the following:
1) Run Spybot-S&D
2) Go to the Mode menu, and make sure Advanced Mode is selected
3) On the left hand side, choose Tools -> Resident
4) Uncheck Resident TeaTimer and OK any prompts
You can reenable TeaTimer once your system is clean.

Please run HijackThis and choose Do a system scan only.

Place a check next to the following entries:

  • Click the Empty Selected button.
    NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
If you use Opera browser

Great, that log now appears to be clean. Please re-enable TeaTimer by doing the following:

1) Run Spybot-S&D
2) Go to the Mode menu, and make sure Advanced Mode is selected
3) On the left hand side, choose Tools -> Resident
4) Check Resident TeaTimer and OK any prompts

Please tell me how your system is running now? Has the problem been fixed?
 
I've turned Spybot resident TeaTimer back on and everything does seem to be working normally.
