HIJACKTHIS help.

I got a trojan this morning and thought I took care of it. Avast caught it and I deleted it. Computer started acting strange, help is appreciated. Large amounts of memory being used and slowed reaction to normal usage, games having unexpected errors.

edit: I un-installed bitorrent, no more problems...
