Thanks for looking :)

I do not know much about HiJack This logs however I looked through it and I saw you have three(3)anti-virus programs installed. They are: AVG, Norton and CA Anti-Virus. Get rid of two of them as they cause conflicts and instead of actually protecting you they might give you less protection and make you risk having problems such as Trojans, Viruses and Spyware.

k, i overlooked it and the only thing i could find wrong is this

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [1 mags 16 more] C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Admin Inter 1 Mags\inter obj.exe

get rid of it

and this

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)

thats unnecessary

Please download NoLop to your desktop.

  • First close any other programs you have running as this will require a reboot.
  • Double click NoLop.exe to run it.
  • Now click the button labelled Search and Destroy.
<<your computer will now be scanned for infected files>>
  • When scanning is finished you will be prompted to reboot only if infected, Click OK.
  • Now click the REBOOT Button.
  • A Message should popup from NoLop. If not, double click the program again and it will finish.
--If you receive an error, mscomctl.ocx or one of its dependencies are not correctly registered, please download mscomctl.ocx to your system32 folder then rerun the program.--

Please post the contents of C:\NoLop.log along with a fresh log from HijackThis. Please let me know if you had any problems during the fix.

Please set Windows to show hidden files:
  • From any folder, select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
  • Select the View Tab.
  • Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
  • Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
  • Click Yes to confirm.
  • Click OK.

Please click on Start -> Search and search for Wiki.dll

If found, please go to http://www.virustotal.com/, click on Browse, and upload the the file for analysis.

Allow the file to be scanned, and then please copy and paste the results here for me to see.

If that scanner is busy, please use this one: http://virusscan.jotti.org

Please post
  • The NoLOP log
  • A new HijackThis log
  • The Jotti or VirusTotal results if the file was found
