Please make sure your set to see all files/folders... according to the sticky . Please disable SpyBot Search & Destroy's TeaTimer function if active.

Open HijackThis and go to the Misc Tools section button, then open Process Manager. Look for the following and kill their process:

C:\WINNT\System32\exp0lrer.exe

Now click Back, then Scan, and check the following entries:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [System Service] exp0lrer.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [System Service] exp0lrer.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [ff] 221.exe
O21 - SSODL: SystemCheck2 - {54645654-2225-4455-44A1-9F4543D34545} - C:\WINNT\System32\vbsys2.dll

If you don't recognize the following items, check them too, if you do recognize them as legit then don't check them:

Click Fix Checked, then back, to Misc Tools Section button, and click on "Delete File on reboot" and browse to the following files one by one (it will ask you if you want to reboot, say NO, and continue to the next file, on the last file click YES):

C:\WINNT\System32\vbsys2.dll
221.exe <-- you may have to do a search for this file

Now reboot and go directly into safemode (Pressing the F8 key while booting up), and verify that the 3 files above are gone. if so, reboot normal and post a fresh log for varification.

You still got to get rid of this:

As Lorand stated, use HJT to get rid of the following line:

O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [System Service] exp0lrer.exe

then do a search of your hard drive for the exp0lrer.exe file, when you find it, use the "delete file on reboot" button in HJT to delete it, reboot to safemode and verify that it's gone. Then you can boot normal and verify that HJT no longer has that exp0lrer.exe line in it. Post back with your results please. :)
