hey, I've been having some issues with my computer locking up. When I try to open Firefox it freezes as well. I'm not sure if this is a maleware or software issue. Does anything here look bad?

I can already tell what the issue is. Its all the toolbars you have installed. Go into add/remove programs and uninstall them. Better yet, do you have ccleaner installed? If so, open it up. Click on tools on the left, click on the uninstall button, then click on the save to text file button on the bottom right. Then copy and paste the contents in your next reply. I'll then tell you exactly what to uninstall.

Well, I realized that there was something more going on with my laptop, AVG said something about a system file being infected... I was about due for my biennial reinstall of windows anyway.

Thank you for the help, nonetheless.
