The last item is suspect due to adwares or other false leads put on your system to encourage you to buy the full retail version of some program you tried out when stating you have this and that but must buy to see removed.

Webroot as well as Google and Yahoo toolbars are also invitations for adwares and spywares alike. Norton is known for resource grabbing and often is seriously lacking in the protection area.
 
You really need to setup a dedicated folder for HJT items – to avoid clutter and/or potential lost backup issues.
1. Create a new folder in your C: Drive.
2. Name the FOLDER HijackThis (or HJT) such as C:\Program Files\HijackThis or C:\HJT and move the HijackThis.exe file into it.
3. Run HJT from there.

SELECT HijackThis FIX ITEMS: Scan with HijackThis and place a check next to these items:

One way to simply running HT from a new folder created in the Program Files directory like subtle mentions is to right click on the HiJackThis.exe and choose the create shortcut option. Once done drag the new shortcut onto the desktop for repeated use if necessary. That makes things a little easier then having to browse to the new folder for each and every use of the tool.

Addon toolbars are notorious for opening a security vulnerability seen with IE 6. Even the ESPN toolbar like Google, Yahoo, and others leaves a system vulnerable to addwares, trojans, and other things. The others seen here get the red flag as well as the,

Legitimate values you may believe are valid can also be leftovers from some program or addon previously uninstalled. One thing I generally advise is running a registry cleaner in the process. Once any "orphans" are gone you get a close look at anything else that shouldn't be there.

A good run of one freeware plus using the msconfig to disable some unnecessary startups items known to be from programs normally installed should clean things up enough. http://www.majorgeeks.com/RegCleaner_d460.html This is one that is being run on Vista as well as XP and previous versions.
