Where did you guys all learn to read these? I want to learn to be able to read HijackThis logs when people post them just curious how you learned to read them...

All it is is a list of running processes that are on your pc, so for the most part reading them is a combination of experience and information available online about the origin of different processes. There are also automated log analysers which are able to rule out all the safe processes, which can be helpful narrowing down the list of processes that require more attention.
