Re; e reader HIP STREET HS-M701-4GB. I have 3 of these devices in the family. One works. The other 2, one has a broken screen and the other doesn't work. So I thought I would move the good screen to the broken one. I have it disassembled. There is a wire tape tape going from the screen part to the circuit board. I need to know how to disengage it. i cannot see and clips to release. I think the part that releases is on the circuit board. At the end of the tape there is a small white plastic band affixed to the circuit board. Does anyone know how to release this. I didn't want to do damage by trying to pry it off. I could send a picture if that would help. I know this is doable as I had one screen replaced already by the company($50).
