If its internal, just make sure you get normal SATA. not eSATA.

The cables come in straight and right angle connector types, right angle ones are handy for machines where the drives are mounted sideways

Thats the data cable. You should have some SATA type power connectors available from your PSU.

If your drive supports using both the old stype power connectors and the new ones, DO NOT use both at one or you will kill the drive.
 
one of the cable branching out from the PSU has a splitted power connector, would it be safe if I use the other splitted?
