HJT log and some questions

MBAM found some maleware in a program that I've had for awhile, so I was thinking it was a false positive. Ran that, avira, and superantispyware and that is all that was found. However, this could be completely unrelated, but my internet is pretty slow now. Does anyone know of a way to tell if your internet is being used by something malicious?
