There are two entries that can be fixed for non threatening items.

O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {BA52B914-B692-46c4-B683-905236F6F655} - (no file)

O20 - Winlogon Notify: igfxcui - igfxsrvc.dll (file missing)

What you are seeing is the typical gimic of making you believe that your system is infested with "uninvited guests" and you need to buy the full retail version of BraveSentry to see them removed. The Windows Security Center has detected the "bugs" it installs along with itself. The removal instructions for this particular adware infested product are seen at http://www.spywareguide.com/spydet_2793_bravesentry.html

That's Smitfraud.

Download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri)
Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.

Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.
