Can someone review the HJT log below? My PC is very slow. Ran CWShreddar and it did find the cws.msconfig, and it was removed.

Can`t see nothing wrong with your log, might want a second opinion though.
I would just to the norm stuff like disk cleanup and defrag.
 
Cleaner

Did the cleanup. It did take a lot of stuff off, but the PC is still slow, especially when I open up Internet Explorer to surf the web. Have DSL. Something is not right. I am open to any ideas. Will be trying some of the stuff on putertunor.com.

Have you run the programs I suggested?

It's the only way to know if you're computer is infected or not... Also is your HD pretty full?
 
Adaware

I have used Ad-Aware and Spybot for about 3 or 4 years. Nothing major found on the last scan. Have used SpywareBlaster for 3 years or so, keeps most of that stuff off the PC. Have Panda antivirus and antispyware installed on PC. All definitions are current. Speed has improved with the cleanup, but not where I want it to be. Did find the msconfig varient last week, that helped a bit. Will continue on my quest.

Maybe it will help I'm not sure but can you show us what you see when you hit ctrl+alt+del in processes, sort them by CPU usage then by MEM usage.
