The log shows an old version of Java running. Please go into add/remove programs and uninstall all versions of java. Then go here and download the latest version.

Also rerun hijackthis and place a check next to these entries.

Then click on fix checked at the bottom. Have you ran any malware scans lately? Also your log shows an older version of acrobat reader installed. Please uninstall it and then go here to download the lastest version.
