HL2 Stopped Working.

I get that hl2.exe has stopped working while playing TF2. It closes my games and gives me that error.


Then it says it crashed and if Windows finds a solution, they'll let me know.




Any ideas?

I got that a lot with CSS once and I reinstalled and it worked fine after that. You have fast internet so it shouldn't take you more than an hour to reinstall.

i usually get that after i quit tf2.... anyone know why?

and yes, it should save your achievements as long as you redownload correctly. i think if you right click on the game in steam, you can then choose to back up game files, which would be a good idea.
