im kinda curious why 80% of people that has a 939 socket system used DFI.

Well, we all know that 98% of statistics are made up.

However, it's a great overclocker with really nice features and I have yet to have a problem with it.

Probably not. There are much cheaper boards available. I used it for my first build but now I realize I havent used half of its potential even

1. Arguably best bang/buck (although id say the A8RMVP has supplant it now however fanboyage and faticism still are strong )

2. You can mod the NF4Ultra-D to a NF4-SLI

so what if im not really an extrem overclock, more like a first timer is this the board for me.

Ya, something like the MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum which is more feature oriented will probably be much more useful

Its not just the ultra-D you can mod, the standard nForce chipset has the same bridges that can be connected,or have i got the wrong end of the stick.........again

Ive not used a NForce4 for more than 6 minutes so ive not had a chance to tinker
