so my top 80mm fan in my case died last thursday. i immediately ordered 2 80 mm fans off new egg and had them overnight shipped however it was after 1 pm so it won't be here until tomorrow. Here's what i've done i had an old power supply that i took apart ironic it had an 80 mm fan inside so i took it out snipped the wires and soldered them together and put that in the case as a temporary. to me it seems sufficient but is it safe to use a power supply fan as a case fan?
