well im constructing a new build and i am using the case i have now which is compaq presario 6330ca and it only has one case fan will it be enough or should i get some other cooling?

that would depend on what hardware you are getting, if your planning on getting a mid range system, 1 fan should be fine, if your getting a high end rig then you will need more. post what hardware your getting and one of us can tell you if you will need more than one fan

only way to know is to try for yourself. watercooling is a compelte waste of money regardless of what ppl say :P. log temps till comp overheats then you will know

First, are you sure that case will except a standard atx type motherboard? Compaqs are notorious for using propritary motherboards. And if you are using any of the more recent chips and video cards meant for serious gaming, then I would say no. You would need a case with more fans. Compaqs are usually smaller cases that have poor air flow.

so your saying i should buy a case?

What hardware are you having in it?

  • how many optical drives
  • floppy drive
  • hard drive/s
  • style of mobo(matx/atx)
There are LOADS of cases out there for under £30.00/$50.00:)

Well in that "case"(excuse the pun type response) you should be able to have pretty much any case available on that site as long as it's not specified as being for MATX only!!
