Home Built PC Having Problems

To access bios you need keyboard and ram installed. The cmos battery basically gives the motherboard power to hold the bios settings in memory while computer is turned off and unplugged.

I would still rebuild the machine outside of the case to diagnose. It's been 3 days since you first posted your issue and you are no further along now then you were then. It's time to start diagnosing by following members instructions.
 
It's actually been longer I've been without my pc running but who's counting???? :)

I'm rebuilding my pc in my head and I can't see what that will get me. I'll end up where I am right now. I don't have a dvd drive and I can't find my original Win7 disc. My pc was running so strong as the years went by I guess I didn't hold onto it tight enough. Got moved around so many times and now I can't find the dvd.
 
Built many rigs but since this disaster,would really like help with this build. I ordered a brand new Sabertooth MOBO, CPU thermal paste and CPU round ring. Nothing is safe until it is safe, tested and verified!!!!!
