Home theatre pc build

Hi,
I am thinking of maybe building a pc some time this year if I can get the cash. I would like to build a home theater pc for around $1000 Australian dollars.

I have the logitech g51 speakers and a usb tv tuner but not sure what parts i would need (motherboard, psu, ram, soundcard etc) and any other parts.

Any suggestions?

You might want to read this other forum, it is only about HTPC's. There are many good discussions already going. So read them first before asking, since I am sure your questions have already been asked.
