hooking up the power switch pin

Hey computer forum. I just scraped some computers and I cant figure out how to hook up the power switch, power LED, reset Switch...ect

I have a gigabyte Mobo I dont know what model nor do I know the serial of it.

I'm just having some major problems with it

any help would be great
