horizontal lines on screen

it happen about 4days ago while playing a web game and mine screen suddenly have alot of horizontal lines across the screen then just froze up this is a screeshot i took after rebooting somehow it does not show the lines so i though it would be the video card but not sure. but i dont get the frezeeing up it never happen before one time the BSOD appear.

Could be overheating...

Download System Information for Windows (SIW free version)
No installation required.

After it scans your computer, navigate to Hardware>Sensors and post all info from there.

it seems my temp seems ok but my screen still acting weird a few time the screen turn black for like 5sec n then reappear also it change my desktop color back to norml setting then back to my setting i on window 7 btw.
 
Stupid question,But have you uninstalled,ran ccleaner to clean up any files left behind then then re-installed your graphics drivers?
