Hot swap issue

Hello,

I have built a new system using XION Predator Gaming Series (Model Name: AXP970-001BK )

I cant get the hot swap feature to work.

I have the power connected, and I know it works because the same cable powers something else.

I have the SATA cable plugged into the back of the board and mother board (lower position). I have tried it in the upper position as well, still doesn’t work.

I have made sure I put the drive in the port that is connected to the mother board.

I get no response from the drive at all. The drive is good, I use it in an external

Maybe you have to look in the bios, maybe something is not turned on. I'm glad that my HAF don't have his problem.
 
Well I found out what it was.

The brackets that held the controller board were bent, so the drive would go back far enough to make contact with the board.

I squared the mounting flanges up and the drive seat properly now.
