Hotkeys that will paste text?

Hi. I do allot of accounting and other repetitive stuff. Is there a way to assign the F1-F12 keys to simply enter accout numbers or email addresses with the touch of a button. My life would be a heck of allot simpler.

If not, is there a work around you guys use to do something like this?

To copy things, I select stuff, and then press ctrl+c , and then to paste then I press ctrl+v .

Well I am the same, just select what I want to copy and then press Ctrl+C and to paste just Ctrl+V.

As for copy paste that was covered but I would suggest you get a multimedia keyboard as they already have keys for email and messenger etc. All these keys can be programed for other purposes. Also there are many mice out there with 5 or more buttons which are fully programmable also. My keyboard is programed to launch several programs which I use regularly, My mouse however is a logitech MX 1000 8 button mouse but all the extra buttons are programed as Keypad keys so I can program as many "games" controls to these to increase my gaming pleasure .
