On my desktop hotmail, on IE, will resize photos to attach and quickly upload them.On my laptop hotmail, on mozilla, takes forever to upload photos to attach, even though they are the right size.The hotmail on my laptop is the latest version, so I'm perplexed, and can't see any options.
