In getting the following standards template reply when I reported yet more spam from the same company Hotmail has proven they don't care if people are spammed and Hotmail staff don't read email's from people before replying.

Because if they did they would have noticed the person who registered the domain name has a Hotmail address.

Standard Hotmail reply:

"Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you because the account for
which you have sent a complaint is not an MSN-hosted account".

they provide free e-mail services, why is it there job to block spam? if you want something better theni i suggest paying for a e-mail service.

You brought up a very good point. I see it more and more at work as well.. These companies want us to make changes to our software for free! ..for the most part, in order to get exactly what you want out of a piece of software or a service, you need to pay! Even with linux, for a corporate editon, you have to dish out a few dollars....

thats why i recommend gmail, hotmail really is no match for it, they upped the storage limit from 50Mb to 250Mb, wow, that is sooo much, in fact im soo impressed ill cancel my gmail accounts and give up several Gb of space just for that. lol, its not gonna happen, hotmail need to wake upi and get up with the big boys again.
