hotmail live problem

My friend has a problem with hotmail live.
When she logs into hotmail live and goes into inbox the ad banner and buttons under that will load in the space between the left side banner and messages causing the messages to be off screen so you can't read them instead of loading up the top where they are ment to. If you refresh the page it will eventually load up fine up the top but each time you check a message it will do it again so causing her to refresh lots each time she changes pages just to check emails. I didn't find any virus so is they anything to fix this or not. Doesn't know how to navigate good so i wouldn't recommend outlook so need to fix this hotmail problem if i can.
 
Could you put Firefox on for her and install the Adblock extension? That will eliminate the ads and should eliminate the problem.
 
Has latest updates and hotmail. Using firefox but no adblock. I Figure adblock would help with add but i believe the buttons under nether that would still load in wrong place casuing messges to go out of screen.
