Well, I forgot the password to one of my accounts and don't know the answer to the secret question. What can I do to retrieve my account?

lol, the idea is to have a question that you can remember.

unless you get a moment of inspiration and remember i dont think there's anything that can be done

you can email but they take about a month to reply and its all automated, i emailed about a lost password before and i got an email back several weeks later which had a walkthrough of how to compose and delete email messages, crap load of good that did.
